Minimum Age Requirements: |
Groups A-B-C;
holders of credit cards 21 years.
For cash customers the
minimum age is 23 years.
Group D and above; the
minimum age is 23 years. |

Driver Licences: |
A valid drivers licence that has been held for at least one
year is required. |

Vehicle
Availability:

Under exceptional circumstances the company may have to provide an
alternative vehicle than that originally reserved. We undertake to provide a vehicle of the same or
higher specification. |

Vehicle Delivery &
Collection: |
The vehicle
will be delivered and collected from the airport, seaport or from your accommodation. During the hours from
08-00 hrs. until 22:00 hrs. this service is
free of charge. However out of
office hours there may be an additional
charge and a fuel deposit may be required.

Fuel:
|
The renter is responsible
for all fuel used. The vehicle should be returned with the same
amount as was in the vehicle at
the beginning of the rental period. |

Distance
charges: |
For rental periods of three or more days there are no charges.
For 1 day or 2 day rentals; 100kms. free / day.
Thereafter 1 km = 0.25 € (groups
A-B-C) or 1 km. = 0.35 € (group D or above). |

Insurance & Local
Taxes:
|
Insurance is third party and includes collision
damage waiver (C.D.W.) and public liability.
Local taxes and VAT are included in
the price. |
|
Payments: |
All payments to be made to the company representative at the time of
collection of vehicle. |
|
Traffic Fines: |
The renter is responsible for all fines and
fixed penalties incurred |
|
Baby Seats: |
Pre
booked baby seats are available. |
|
Limitations of vehicle use: |
The vehicle must not be taken from the island of Corfu,
unless previously arranged with the company and written authorization obtained.
